摘要
螺旋槽对麻花钻的切削性能有重要的影响。在已知芯厚和径向前角的条件下,提出一种自动搜索砂轮安装位置、数控加工麻花钻螺旋槽的新方法。首先在等芯厚的条件下,确定砂轮的初始中心距;再用模拟加工运动的直接法计算槽形;在满足径向前角的条件下,用一维搜索确定偏心距。实际加工的螺旋槽横截面数据的测量和计算结果一致,证明方法有效。算法可直接应用于钻头数控开槽机的软件设计。
A novel method is presented to setup wheel position in drill CNC fluting to fulfill web thickness and radial rake angle. The web thickness can be achieved by setting a unique initial center distance directly. The profile of flute is determined by direct method of machining movement simulation. The rake angle requirement is fulfilled by one-dimensional search to determine the eccentric distance. Its validity is verified by good agreement between the computed results and samples' measurement. This algorithm could implement in a software system for drill flute grinder.
