摘要
从平面闸门整体模型不同位置提取实体子模型,在实体子模型中考虑不同类型、不同大小、不同位置的焊缝缺陷,并通过从壳到体子模型技术,把考虑焊缝缺陷的实体子模型连接到平面钢闸门中分析计算,从缺陷的类型、大小以及所处位置三个方面研究其对平面钢闸门的影响。研究表明,裂纹缺陷会产生很大程度的应力集中,超过材料的容许应力,从而影响闸门的整体强度,在实际的水工金属结构制造验收、安全检测中应该加强监控。这种方法也可以为焊缝缺陷对结构强度的影响提供一定的参考。
From the different locations of the complete plane steel gate model, three solid sub-models are drawn. Considering differ- ent types, sizes and location of weld defection, by means of the sub-model technique from shell to solid, the solid sub-model, of which the weld defection is considered, connected to plane steel gate and calculated. Based on the sub-model technique, the impact of different types, sizes and location weld defection to plane steel gate is studied. Research shows that the weld crack defects produce a greater degree of stress concentration, exceeds the material allowable stress, and affects the overall strength of the gate. It should be carefully monitored in hydraulic metal structure manufacture and safety detection. This method also serves as a reference for studying the influence of weld defection on structure strength.
