在分析婴儿纸尿裤特点和尿布产品现状的基础上,开发了一种新型婴儿尿布裤。对婴儿裤和尿布两者之间的连接装置、尿布的结构等方面进行分析和设计,并且对尿布的材质及组织结构进行了合理配置,产品达到了较好的易换和防漏效果。测试表明,尿布的吸尿性能优异,渗漏性能有所降低,并具有一定的抑菌效果。

A new type of baby diaper pants is developed after analyzed the characters of the baby pants and the current situation of the diapers. The connection device between baby pants and diapers and the structure of the diapers are analyzed. The material and fabric texture of the diapers are re-designed reasonably, leading to easy changeable and better leakproof. Tests show that the diapers have excellent absorbing and low leakage performance, and have some antibacterial effect.
