海拔高度对白肋烟主要化学成分的影响

摘要 为探明海拔高度与白肋烟主要化学成分的相关性,对贵州省松桃苗族自治县不同海拔种植区白肋烟调制后的烟叶主要化学成分进行分析。结果表明:不同海拔高度种植的白肋烟下部、中部、上部和顶部烟叶的总糖、还原糖、烟碱、钾、氯、总氮和蛋白质的含量,以及氮/碱、糖/碱和钾/氯均表现出明显的差异。在海拔400~850 m,随着海拔高度的升高,白肋烟调制后烟叶总糖、还原糖和烟碱的含量有所增加,总氮、蛋白质、钾和氯的含量有所降低。在栽培措施相同的条件下,贵州省松桃县海拔为500~600 m的种植区生产的白肋烟叶主要化学成分指标较为适宜。 To explore the correlation of altitude with the main chemical components of burley tobacco, the main chemical compositions of burley tobacco leaf after modulation in different altitudes in Miao Autonomous Country of Songtao in Guizhou were analyzed in this research.The results showed that different altitudes of burley tobacco showed obvious effects on total sugar,reducing sugar,nicotine, potassium and chlorine,total nitrogen,protein,nitrogen-alkali ratio,sugar-alkali ratio and potassium-chloride ratio in the lower,middle,upper and top leaves.Within the range of 400~850 m,with the increase of altitude, total sugar, reducing sugar and nicotine increased in burley tobacco leaf after modulation,whereas the total nitrogen,protein,potassium and chlorine decreased.For Songtao burley tobacco growing area in Guizhou,under the same cultivation conditions,with an elevation of 500~600 m within the scope of ecological production of burley tobacco,the main chemical composition indexes were more appropriate.
