化杀灵对油菜细胞质雄性不育系LDX95-58A的微粉控制效果 被引量:1

摘要 为油菜细胞质雄性不育系 LDX95-58A制种措施的制定提供参考,采用田间试验比较了油菜细胞质雄性不育系 LDX95-58A在不同生长时期喷施不同浓度化杀灵 WP1对其微粉的控制效果。结果表明:在油菜不育系LDX95-58A有70%主花序单个花蕾直径达0.3~0.5 mm时,喷施0.09 g/L化杀灵WP1的不育株率达95.00%,杂交种F1代的纯度达97.06%,比对照提高17.69百分点,喷药后的油菜花瓣皱缩,色淡,花丝缩短,花药无粉或败育。即化杀灵 WP1对不育系LDX95-58A微粉的控制效果较好。 The plants of LDX95-58A (a cytoplasmic male sterile line in Brassicanapus)were sprayed with different concentrations pf WP1 at different growth stages to study the control effect on the micro-pollen and to provide a reference for seed production of LDX95-58A.The sterile plant rate is up to 95%when the single flower bud with 0.3~0.5 mm diameter on main inflorescence is sprayed with 0.09g/L WP1 and F1 purity reaches 97.06%,17.69% higher than CK.The shape and color of the petal is shrunk and light,and the filament is shortened and no pollen in a anther or abortive pollen.In conclusion,WP1 has the good control effect on pollen of LDX95-58A.
