摘要
为探明干旱胁迫与艾纳香生理生化指标的相关性,促进其在贵州的种植,以贵州罗甸县的艾纳香为研究对象,通过盆栽控水自然干旱18d及复水15d处理,研究其叶片的相对含水量、水分饱和亏、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性淀粉含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的变化趋势。结果表明:随着土壤干旱时间的延长,艾纳香叶片的游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量都呈明显升高趋势,复水后降低;各指标在整个干旱胁迫进程中与土壤水分含量均有相关性。
The leaf relative water content,water saturation deficit,and content of free-proline,soluble protein,soluble sugar,soluble starch,MDA,POD,SOD and CAT of Blumeabalsamifera planted in pots under 18d drought stress and 15d watering were analyzed to study the correlation between physiological and different biochemical indexes and drought stress for cultivation of B.balsamifera in Guizhou.The results showed that the content of free proline,soluble protein and soluble sugar presents a obvious rising trend with increment of drought time and decreases after watering,and there are correlations between physiological and different biochemical indexes and soil moisture during the process of drought stress.
