移栽时期对脱毒马铃薯试管苗秋繁产量的影响

Effect of Different Transplanting Stage on Original Seed Yield of Virus-free Potato Test-tube Plantlets in Autumn

为脱毒马铃薯的繁育与生产提供参考，通过对早、中熟马铃薯费乌瑞它、中薯三号、黔芋6号、黑美人4个品种在黔中地区进行大棚不同时期栽插、研究其对原原种扩繁产量的影响。结果表明：黔中地区秋季繁育原原种薯栽插时期要根据品种的生育期不同而不同，以8月30日-9月10日间成活率最高，为22．8％～88．3％；4个品种不同栽插时期处理中，生育期中熟的黔芋6号在8月30日栽插产量最高，产量达967．2 kg/667m2。

The test-tube plantlets of Favorita,Zhongshu 3,Qianyu 6 and Heimeiren potato varieties were transplanted in a greenhouse at different days to study the effect on seed propagation of three potato varieties.Different potato varieties have different optimum transplanting stage for Autumn propagation of breeder’s seed.The survival rate of plantlets transplanted from 30,August to 10,September is 22.8%~88.3%.The yield of Qianyu 6 with mid-maturity transplanted in 30,August reaches 967.2 kg/667m2（the highest）.
