摘要
为筛选适合地黄生长的无土栽培基质,选用草炭土、蛭石、珍珠岩、沙子和泥炭藓等5种基质配成8种复合基质进行栽培比较试验。结果表明:以草炭土∶蛭石∶珍珠岩∶沙子∶泥炭藓为3∶2∶1∶3∶2作为栽培基质,地黄的农艺性状表现最好、产量最高,其次为3∶1∶1∶3∶0基质配比,但考虑到生产成本等经济效益,3∶1∶1∶3∶0基质配比是适合地黄栽培生长最优基质配比。
In order to screen soilless cultivation substrate suitable for growth of R.glutinosa,eight kinds of composite substrates that were made of peat soil,vermiculite,perlite,sand and sphagnum were compared.The results showed that the agronomic traits was the best and its yield was the highest on the cultivation substrate(peat soil∶vermiculite∶perlite∶sand∶sphagnum= 3∶1∶1∶3∶0),followed by 3∶1∶1∶3∶0,considering the cost of production,3∶1∶1∶3∶0 was the optimum matrix proportion suitable for growth of R.glutinosa.
