摘要
为筛选防治可可广翅蜡蝉的有效药剂,采用浸叶法于室内测定吡虫·毒死蜱、吡虫啉、啶虫脒、乐果和高效氯氟氰菊酯等杀虫剂对可可广翅蜡蝉若虫及成虫的毒力。结果表明:吡虫·毒死蜱、啶虫脒和高效氯氟氰菊酯等对可可广翅蜡蝉的若虫和成虫均表现出较高的毒力,3种药剂对若虫的LC50分别为4.800mg/L、20.978 mg/L和2.851 mg/L,对成虫的LC50分别为0.348 mg/L、2.535 mg/L和1.954mg/L;吡虫啉和乐果对其若虫和成虫的毒力均较低。可可广翅蜡蝉对杀虫剂的抗性若虫强于成虫。
In order to screen out effective pesticides to control R.cacaonias,toxicity of imidacloprid-chlorpyrifos,acetamiprid, imidacloprid, dimethoate, lambda-cyhalothrin to R.cacaonias nymphs and adults were determined using leaf-dipping method in laboratory.The results indicated that imidacloprid-chlorpyrifos,acetamiprid and lambda-cyhalothrin had the higher toxicity to R.cacaonias nymphs and adults,the LC50 values to nymph were 4.800 mg/L,20.978 mg/L,2.851mg/L,and to adults were 0.348 mg/L,2.535 mg/L,1.954 mg/L respectively.But imidacloprid and dimethoate had the lower toxicity to R.cacaonias nymphs and adults.The resistance of R.cacaonias nymph to insecticides was higher than adults.
