摘要
为寻找最适宜的离子种类和注入剂量,为离子束应用于番茄育种奠定基础,将低能离子束注入番茄种子,分析了低能离子束对当代番茄果实的维生素C、可溶性糖、可滴定酸以及水分含量的影响。结果表明:N+、Ar+离子束不同程度影响了番茄果实营养成分的含量,且在相同离子、剂量注入条件下,维生素C、可溶性糖、可滴定酸、水分等的含量在番茄株与株之间都有一定差别。同时,不同种类、不同剂量的离子束对番茄营养品质的影响不同,与对照相比,2×1017 N+/cm2处理组维生素C的平均含量非常高(152.836μg/g),但其他营养成分的平均含量都低于对照,而4×1017 N+/cm2处理组维生素C的平均含量略高于对照,其他均低于对照。2×1017 Ar+/cm2处理组除平均水分含量低外,其他营养成分都高于对照,4×1017Ar+/cm2处理组除了水分的平均含量较高外,其他均低于对照。表明,低剂量离子束注入番茄更有利于番茄品质的提高,且Ar+离子注入的效果比N+离子稍好。
To explore the optimum ion species and implantation dose,and lay the foundation for ion beam applying in tomato breeding,the effects of low energy ion beam on contents of vitamin C,soluble sugar,titratable acid and moisture were studied. Results:The contents of tomato nutrients were influenced on different levels by N+ and Ar+ ion beam,and the content of vitamin C,soluble sugar, titratable acid,and water in tomato fruit had some difference for different tomato strains implanted with the same ion and dose.Furthermore,effects of different kinds and doses of ion beam on tomato qualities were various,compared with the control,the average content of vitamin C was very high (152.836μg/g) but the other nutrients were all under the control in tomato implanted with 2×1017N+/cm2,and only the average content of vitamin C was slightly higher than the control in tomato implanted with 4×1017N+/cm2 .With regard to nutrients of tomato implanted with 2 × 1017 Ar+/cm2 ,only the average content of water was lower than the control,the average content of water was higher in tomato implanted with 4 × 1017 Ar+/cm2 ,and the others were all lower than the control.Results indicated that low dose ion beam was more beneficial to the improvement of tomato quality,and effect of Ar+ ion implantation was possibly a little better than N+ ion.
