摘要
为探明梵净山野生藤茶茶多糖的最佳提取条件,采用超声浸提法,以料液比、乙醇体积分数、提取温度和提取时间4个因素进行单因素和正交试验,对茶多糖提取条件进行优化。结果表明:梵净山野生藤茶茶多糖提取的最佳条件组合为料液比1∶20(g/mL),提取溶剂为70%乙醇,浸提温度70℃,提取50min,茶多糖的提取率为4.08%。结论:该提取条件稳定性好,成本较低,易于操作,茶多糖提取率高。
In order to explore the optimum extraction conditions of tea polysaccharides from A.grossedentatain Fanjing Mountain,the extraction technology was studied by ultrasound extraction method.The whole process was investigated by means of single factor experiment and orthogonal test,by taking solid-liquid ratio,ethanol volume fraction,extraction temperature and extraction time as the factors. The results demonstrated that the optimum conditions were as follows:1∶20 (g/mL)solid-liquid ratio, 70% ethanol solution,70℃ and 50 min for extraction.Under the conditions,the extraction rate of tea polysaccharides was 4.08%.The process is in possession of excellent extraction stability,low expense and convenient operation,which will get a great higher polysaccharide yield.
