摘要
为探讨微波法提取中田大山楂提取物抗氧化活性的最适条件,比较了乙醇浓度、微波功率、微波时间、液固比对中田大山楂提取物抗氧化活性的影响,并用正交试验对其提取条件进行优化。结果表明:微波功率对提取物抗氧化活性的影响最大,乙醇浓度的影响最小;其提取最佳工艺为乙醇浓度50%,微波功率250W,液固比50∶1,微波3min。在该条件下,提取物的抗氧化活性最佳,浓度为0.146mg/mL的提取液对·OH的清除率为76.67%,对DPPH·的清除率为78.63%,对O-2·的清除率为83.37%。
In order to explore the optimum conditions of extracting antioxidant active substances from Zhongtian Crataegus pinnatifida by microwave method,the effects of ethanol concentration,microwave power,microwave time and solid-liquid ratio on the antioxidant activity were studied,and an orthogonal test was conducted as well.Results:microwave power had the greatest effects on the antioxidant activity and ethanol concentration had the smallest effects on it;the optimum conditions included ethanol concentration 50%,microwave power 250 W,solid-liquid ratio 50∶1 and microwave time 3 min.the clearance rate of 0.146 mg/mL extraction solution on ·OH reached 76.67%,78.63% on DPPH· and 83.37% on O-2 ·.
