基于ZigBee技术的油棕组培智能测控系统的设计与应用

摘要 为改变传统方法短时间大批量繁殖油棕组培苗时施工成本高、不易扩展、维修困难等缺点,将ZigBee技术应用到油棕组培智能测控系统中,结合Visual Basic.NET程序设计技术等,设计了基于ZigBee技术的油棕组培智能测控系统,该系统包含总体设计框架、系统硬件及软件的实现等。经应用测试,该系统可对油棕组培过程中相关环境参数的实时测量采集,进行自动或半自动的调节控制,管理效率提高;系统的网络节点能较易加入与退出网络,监测的各项测控参数基本稳定在设定的上下阈值内,当测量值处于阈值范围之外时,指示灯提示并报警。 In order to overcome the reproductive problems brought by the traditional method of oil palm seedlings in short time and large quantities, including high cost, extension and maintenance difficulties,ZigBee technology was applied to the intelligent supervisory control system of the oil palm tissue culture,combining with the Visual Basic.The new intelligent supervisory control system for oil palm tissue culture was designed based on ZigBee technology.The new intelligent supervisory control system was composed of overall framework,hardware and software achievements.After testing,the network node system can be easily added or withdraw from the network.The control parameter monitoring values could be basically stable between at the upper and lower limits set value.When the measured value in the threshold value range,indicating lamp would be prompt and alarm.In the process of oil palm tissue culture, the new system realizes real-time acquisition of relevant environmental parameters and automatically or half automatically adj ustment and control,and high management efficiency,by which the output and quality of oil palm were highly increased.
