香蕉真空喷雾干燥装置的设计与应用效果

摘要 为提高香蕉干燥的效率和质量,基于静电雾化原理,设计了香蕉真空喷雾干燥装置,该装置由真空喷雾干燥室、干气加热系统、真空获取及抽气系统、高压电源、控制系统等组成。应用试验表明,在干燥比为7.5%~15.8%时,香蕉的干燥质量可达50 kg,最佳干燥质量为35 kg左右。真空喷雾干燥技术不仅效率高、无污染,也适合干燥热敏性强、易分解、易氧化的产品。 To enhance the drying efficiency and quality of banana,the banana vacuum spray-drying apparatus was designed based on the principle of electrostatic atomization.The device consists of drying chamber,dry gas heating systems,vacuum acquisition and pumping system,high voltage power supply and control system,etc.The experiment results showed that in the range of 7.5%~15.8% of drying ratio,50 kg bananas could be dried by the device;one of the best dry mass was about 35 kg.Meanwhile, the device was of high efficient and no pollution,and was suitable for drying products with strong heat sensitivity,easy decomposition and easy oxidation.
