三小定点整脊法对腰椎间盘突出症的有限元分析 被引量:6

摘要 三小定点整脊法对腰椎间盘突出症具有肯定疗效。本研究采用压力传感器系统,初步测得三小定点整脊技术作用于腰椎的力度大小,通过三维有限元模型,计算机模拟与加载三小定点整脊技术对腰椎内在应力、矢量、变形和位移的影响,探讨该技术对腰椎的生物力学作用机制,为提高其临床疗效、减少意外损伤提供一个直观的、可视化的研究平台,并为该手法的临床推广提供依据。
