This question really makes me hesitate for a while. But after thinking it over, I could say that I won't change my stance. The new standards Dongfang Electric has set for coal-fi red power plants are not only about the renovated unit, whose emission standard has reached the highest among similar units going through renovation to meet higher environmental standards in China, they're also about saving energy, for a 300 MW unit can save 33,000 tons of coals a year.In that case, how is this new standard being set?
