山西省卫生资源现状分析

Analysis of health resources in Shanxi province

目的通过分析2008-2012年间山西省卫生资源现状,为进一步完善山西省卫生资源配置奠定理论基础。方法数据来源于《中国卫生统计年鉴》2008-2012年山西省卫生资源数据,用Excel建立数据库,采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果山西省卫生机构总数呈现增长趋势,由2008年的9 431所增加到2012年的40 192所;公共卫生机构增幅较小,由2008年的385所增加到2012年的435所。医疗卫生人员总数呈上升趋势,由2008年的191 152人增加到2012年的279 466人。每千人口医技人员数亦呈上升趋势,由2008年的4.65人上升到2012年的5.53人;医护比则呈逐年下降趋势,由2008年的1:1.48降低到2012年的1:1.24。每千人口拥有卫生机构和床位数均呈上升趋势,但城市和农村人口在享有医疗卫生资源方面仍有较大差距。结论山西省卫生资源总量不断增加,公共卫生和基层卫生机构相对薄弱。政府应加大对公共卫生机构和乡镇卫生机构的投入,制定有利于卫生资源合理配置的政策,进一步优化卫生资源配置。

Objective To analyze the current health resources in Shanxi province from 2008 to 2012,in order to provide a theoretical basis for reinforcing the rational allocation of limited health resources. Methods The data concerning health resources was collected from China Health Statistical Yearbook（2008- 2012）, and descriptive statistics was analyzed by applying SPSS13.0 software. Results The total number of health facilities in Shanxi province increased in the past 5years, from 9431（2008）to 40192（2012）; while the number of public health facilities showed a small increase, from 385（2008）to 435（2012）. The trend of health manpower rose from 191152（2008）to 279466（2012）, and the number of health workers per thousand increased from,4.65（2008）to 5.53 per capita（2012）; the ratio of doctors to nurses tented to gradually drop from 1：1.48（2008） to 1：1.24（2012）. The number of hospital beds and health facilities showed an increasing trend. However, the gap in availability of health resources between urban and rural areas was still large.Conclusion The total amount of health resources in Shanxi province increased, but capability of the public health and grass-root health facilities still need to improve. Therefore, government should continuously strengthen the investment to these facilities, and formualte a series of policies to facilitate the rational allocation of health resources and further optimize its utility.
