摘要
在石化工业存在着大量的工业管线,管线中流动的介质温度较高,研究管线的保温效果和对保温效果的评价是石化工业中节约能源的重要实际问题。开展有关工业管线保温节能效果评价装置的设计。主要研究的内容是设计一套工业管线现场节能评价测试装置,即通过设计一个RS-485总线与单片机组成的主从分布式温度测控系统来实现对工业管线现场节能效果的评价测试。
There are a lot of industrial pipelines in the petrochemical industry,the temperature of the medium flow in pipeline is higher, so the pipeline heat preservation effect and the heat preservation effect evaluation is an important practical problem of saving energy in the petrochemical industry. This paper carried out the relevant industrial pipeline heat preservation and heat insulation effect the design of evaluation device. Main research content is to design a set of industrial pipeline field energy conservation assessment test device,namely by designing a RS- 485 bus and master-slave distributed temperature measurement and control system composed of single chip microcomputer to realize the energy saving effect for industrial piping field evaluation test.
