摘要
通过逐层使用TOPSIS方法获得综合各级子系统的状态数,再在一个"状态空间"中用状态数确定系统的状态点及作为参照的完全协调线,并结合两个距离参数dc(协调度)与dd(发展度)及其变化量,可以判断由若干级子系统组成的系统的发展与协调状况。对乌鲁木齐市资源-环境-社会-经济系统的协调性评价表明,采用的方法能够区分系统在不同年份所处的发展状态,并具有含义明确、简单、易操作、可比性强的特点,可用以评价复杂系统的协调性。
By the method of Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) , one by one level status degree of each subsystem was integrated. Then the status degrees of subsystems were put into a status space combined by a certain special coordinates, the location of system status (Q) depended on the status degrees of subsystems and a line named the completely coordinated development (L) were determined. Two parameters : the distance ( degree of coordinated development dc) between Q and L and the distance ( degree of development dd) between Q and the origin, could be calculated. Based on dc, dd and their change amount, the coordinated development among subsystems of a system combined by a number of level subsystems could be evaluated. The method was used to evaluate the coordinated development among resource - environment - social - e- conomic in Urumqi city and the results indicated that the development status of system and subsystems in each year could be distinguished. The method has the characteristic of definite meaning, simple, comparable, convenient application and can be used to evaluate monolayer and complex multi -level system.
