象山港人工鱼礁区浮游动物种类组成及群落结构特征 被引量:12

摘要 2011年和2012年期间两个夏季(7月)在象山港人工鱼礁区及其邻近海域进行了浮游动物及主要环境因子调查,根据采集的浮游动物样品的分析鉴定及其他环境因子测试结果,对调查海域的浮游动物群落进行研究。结果表明,象山港人工鱼礁区及其邻近海域有浮游动物6大类36种,优势种为短尾类幼体(Brachyura larvae)、汤氏长足水蚤(Calanopia thompsoni)、真刺唇角水蚤(Labidocera euchaeta)、太平洋纺锤水蚤(Acartia pacifica)等。两个航次鱼礁区浮游动物生物量无显著差异性,与对照区相比,2012年鱼礁区明显较高;浮游动物丰度则出现明显的差异(2011年较大),与对照区相比,鱼礁区无明显差异性;多样性和均匀性变化一致,且出现显著差异(投礁后,多样性明显升高,且高于对照区)。通过对调查水域浮游动物群落聚类分析发现,鱼礁区浮游动物的类群与对照区存在明显的差异,主要分为两个类群,以鱼礁区和对照区的典型两个区域。 To investigatezooplankton community,zooplankton and the main environmental factors obtained from two cruises on artificial reef waters in Xiangshan Bay werestudiedin July of 2011 and 2012.Totally 6 categories and 36 species were identified and the main species includedBrachyuralarvae, Calanopia thompsoni, Labidocera euchaetaandAcartia pacifica. There was no significant difference in zooplankton biomass between two cruises on reef, but there was more scale on reef by comparing artificial reef waters in the control areain 2012.The zooplankton abundance in 2011 was greater on reef than that in 2012, while there was no significant difference between two years by comparing artificial reef waters withthe control areas. The diversity and evenness were all raised after building artificial reef. The cluster analyses showed that the community structure during theartificial reef waters was significantly different compared to the control area.
