摘要
喀什国际免税广场A塔为位于设防烈度为8度(0.30g)地区的超高层建筑。针对结构超限情况,设计中采取相应的抗震设防措施,设定合适的性能目标,通过结构在小震、中震和大震作用下的分析,验算各构件在地震作用下的性能,实现对结构的性能化设计。结果表明:结构在小震下各构件均处于弹性状态;中震下重要的竖向构件保持弹性,耗能构件部分屈服;在大震动力弹塑性分析中结构实现支撑先屈服,然后外筒裙梁屈服,最后个别柱子出现塑性应变的屈服机制,各构件均能满足预定的性能要求。转换节点在大震中实现不屈服的性能目标。
Tower A of Kaishi International Duty-free Plaza is an ultra high-rise building and the seismic fortification intensity is 8 degree (0. 30g). Appropriate seismic strengthening measures were adopted in response to the code-exceeding aspects of the structure. All the performance objectives were set in advance. The structural performance design was executed by checking the performance of each component under different seismic conditions. The results show that the structure is in elastic situation under the frequent earthquake. The important vertical components maintain elastic while a part of energy dissipation components are yielded under the intensity earthquake. The progressively yield mechanism are realized in the progress of dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquake, in which the braces yield firstly, beams yield next, very few columns yield finally. All the components can satisfy the performance objective. The transfer joint unyielded under rare earthquake.
