摘要
为研究轻质芯模混凝土叠合密肋楼板的受力和变形性能,对由混凝土梁四边支承的轻质芯模混凝土叠合密肋楼板的足尺模型进行了竖向加载试验。观测楼板裂缝的出现和发展以及楼板破坏过程,分析楼板的荷载-挠度曲线、荷载-钢筋应变曲线以及楼板的安全性和适用性。试验结果表明,在初始加载到破坏的整个过程中,楼板的裂缝逐渐开展,挠度缓慢增大,楼板表现出良好的延性破坏特征;同时楼板呈现出明显的双向板受力特征,主肋表现出T形截面梁的受力特征;楼板具有较高的安全储备和良好的适用性。
To study the mechanical performance and deformation capacity of the lightweight embedded formwork concrete composite rib floor,the full-scale model of the lightweight embedded formwork concrete composite rib floor with four-ways supported by concrete beams was tested under the vertical load. The apearanee and development of cracks and failure of the slab were observed. Both safety and serviceability of the slab were analyzed as well as the load-deflection curves and the load-strain curves of reinforcements. Experimental results indicate that the lightweight embedded formwork concrete composite rib floor performs a satisfactory ductile failure mode with gradually increasing cracks and deflection in entire loading process. The slab shows obvious characteristics of two-way slab and the main rib shows the mechanical property of T-shaped beam. The slab has large safety margin and well serviceability.
