摘要
某工程项目接近完工时发现其有较大上浮变形,对此工程抗浮修复的过程进行了详细介绍。通过对事故原因的查找,分析了保证预应力管桩抗拔效果的关键措施。在首次抗浮方案中尝试采用桩心内插锚杆的方法,探讨了桩与锚杆连接的可行性。由于锚杆施工过程中出现异常,又进行了进一步的加固,介绍了二次补充处理方案采取的增加压重和增加刚度措施。经过两次加固后,建筑的抗浮问题得到彻底解决。
A project has large uplift deformation before completion and the anti-floating repair process was introduced in detail. Based on the search of the accident cause, key measures to ensure the uplift effect of the precast pipe pile were analyzed. In the first anti-floating scheme, pile inserted anchor was adopted and the connection feasibility between the pile and the anchor was discussed. Due to abnormal conditions in anchor construction process, further reinforcement measures were conducted. Measures of increasing adding weight and stiffness were introduced in second supplementary treatment scheme. After two reinforcements, the anti-floating problem of the building was completely resolved.
