小剂量二甲双胍联合硝苯地平控释片对高血压合并代谢综合征疗效观察

Clinical-study and curative effect observation in small-doses-of-metformin with release-controlled-nifedipine on hypertension combined metabolic-syndrome

目的评价小剂量二甲双胍联合硝苯地平控释片对代谢综合征合并高血压的临床疗效。方法将代谢综合征合并高血压患者129例按照就诊顺序随机分为治疗组62例和对照组67例,对照组采用硝苯地平控释片治疗,治疗组采用小剂量二甲双胍联合硝苯地平控释片进行治疗,两组均治疗12周,观察患者体重指数、腰臀比、血压控制、血脂水平、血糖等指标改善情况。结果治疗组患者体重指数、腰臀比、血压、血糖、血脂、胰岛素抵抗水平均较治疗前有明显改善,与对照组比较,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍与硝苯地平控释片联合应用治疗代谢综合征,能明显降低患者的血压、血糖,调节血脂紊乱情况。

Objective To evaluate the small-doses-of-metformin with release-controlled-nifedipine on hypertension and metabolic-syndrome and to curative effect observation. Method A total of 129 patients with metabolic syndrome and hypertension who were randomly divided into treatment-group 62 cases and control-group 67 cases in medical or-der. The control-group was treated with release-controlled-nifedipine, the treatment-group was with small-doses-of-metformin in combination with release-controlled-nifedipine treatment, both groups were after 12 weeks of treatment, observating the patients with BMI, Waist-hip-ratio, Blood-pressure, blood- lipid-levels, blood-glucose which were controlled measures such as to improve the situation. Result The treatment group patients with BMI, Waist-hip-rati-o, and the level of blood-pressure, blood-glucose, blood- lipid-levels, insulin-resistance were obviously improved compared with before treatment, which were compared with control-group, the differences were statistically signifi-cant（P＆lt;0. 05）. Conclusion Metformin with release-controlled-nifedipine can obviously reduce the patient’s blood-pressure, blood-glucose, regulate blood-lipid-disorders on hypertension combined with metabolic-syndrome.
