彩色多普勒超声监测子宫动脉血流的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 妊娠子宫动脉的血流变化近年逐渐引起国内外学者的关注,通过多普勒超声技术监测子宫动脉的血流变化以预测高危妊娠及围生儿结局成为研究热点。应用多普勒超声监测子宫动脉的血流参数,可以了解妊娠中子宫循环的血流改变,从而判断高危妊娠的病情发展和胎儿宫内生长发育情况,预测妊娠预后。本研究就子宫动脉的应用解剖、子宫动脉多普勒血流频谱的形成及病理生理基础、子宫动脉血流频谱的主要参数、子宫动脉正常血流频谱、妊娠期高血压疾病的子宫动脉多普勒超声频谱变化、胎儿宫内受限(FGR)的子宫动脉多普勒超声频谱变化、子宫动脉评分预测围生期结局进行综述分析,为进一步理解和研究超声多普勒监测子宫动脉血流变化对高危妊娠不良结局的预测作用及其临床应用奠定基础。
