Dyeing behaviors of Liyuansol FL fluoride reactive dyes for cold pad-batch process

研究Liyuansol FL含氟活性染料的染色性能，并将其应用于冷轧堆染色工艺。结果表明，Liyuansol FL染料具有良好的溶解性和耐碱性，较高的固色率和较低的直接性，竭染率高，染色重现性好；冷轧堆染色织物的耐水洗色牢度可达到5级，湿摩擦牢度较好，单色最高可达4级，耐日晒色牢度优异，单色最高可达6～7级。Liyuansol FL染料的综合性能较好，适合冷轧堆染色。

The dyeing properties of Liyuansol FL fluoride reactive dyes are analyzed, and they are applied to cold pad-batch dyeing of cotton fabric. The results show that Liyuansol FL dyes have good solubility and alkali-resistance, high color fixation, low substantivity, high exhaustion and good reproducibility. The cotton dyeings with cold pad-batch process feature excellent color fastnesses with Grade 5 to washing, up to Grade 4 to wet rubbing in solid color and Grade 6-7 to light in solid color. Liyuansol FL fluoride reactive dves have satisfactory dyeing properties, and are suitable for cold pad-batch dyeing.
