北京市466名办公室工作人员和538名学生维生素D营养状况 被引量:8

摘要 维生素D来源于两方面,一是适宜的紫外线照射能将人皮肤组织中的7-脱氢胆固醇转化成为维生素D;二是膳食中供应含有丰富的维生素D、钙、磷和蛋白质等营养物质。维生素D是维持人体骨骼健康的重要营养素,主要的生理功能是维持血钙和磷的正常浓度,以及神经肌肉功能正常和骨骼的健全。
