为满足直喷增压汽油发动机的曲轴箱通风系统的开发需求,借助现代CAE软件分析能力,通过降低活塞漏气量,优化回油结构,优化取气口位置及面积,合理匹配油气分离器压损和有效回油高度,通过多轮试验验证,找出最优设计方案。
In order to satisfy the development requirements of crankcase ventilation system in TGDI engine, with the aid of modern CAE analysis, the optimal design is fixed through many test verifications by reducing piston blow-by, optimizing oil drain structure, air inlet position and area, and balancing the oil separator pressure loss and valid oil drain height.
