三网融合中的信息生态问题研究

Research on Information Ecological Issues of Network Convergence

2013-2015年被定为三网融合进程的推广阶段。该阶段蕴含推进网络信息资源和文化内容产品的开发、利用,普及融合业务,调整产业格局等3个要求。通过引入信息生态观,运用信息生态链,系统地考虑各层级间关系及相互影响,从信息生态学的角度,解答三网融合推广阶段中的3个问题,以更好地实现资源配置,提升系统效益。

The year from 2013 to 2015 is designated as the process of net work convergence promotion stage. From the task of stage, three requirements can be extracted which include improving the development and utilization of informa- tion resources and adjusting the industrial structure. By introducing the concept of information ecology and along with the ecological chain, the relationships between the various levels and influence from each other are considered systematically. From the ecological point of information, three issues in the promotion stage of net work convergence lead to a new answer, better to realize the resource allocation and improve the system efficiency.
