摘要
Ross Hill SCR Drive System因其产品稳定可靠而广受好评,占据了石油电控市场的很大份额。随着数字化技术不断地发展和突破,产品数字化改造成为必然趋势。文章针对RHC交流模块的两个主要控制电路进行详细分析,并以计算机仿真加以验证,深入阐释了模块的原理并总结了输入、输出信号的基本要求和特性,为后续改进工作打下基础;根据"以尽可能小的改动达到数字化控制目的"思想,提出了数字化控制的整体思路和方案;给出了部分硬件实现方法和电路以及软件流程。
The Ross Hill SCR Drive System is widely appreciated by its high stability and has very large market share in petroleum rigs. However, as the technology rapidly develops nowadays, it becomes necessary to improve the old RHC system, especially implement somedigitized reconstruction. In order to show how to implement the digitized reconstruction, this article only focuses on the AC module of the two modules. With the help of the simulation, two main control circuits of the module have been deeply analyzed. Basis on the analysis of the RHC, surround the core principle of 'digitized reconstruction with minimum modification', the thoughts and blueprints of how to realize the reconstruction have been provided. At last, some the electrical schematic of the hardware and the software flow chart have been given.
