网络环境下高校图书馆用户的借阅行为及需求分析

Study on the Borrowing and Reading Behaviors and Requirements of the Users of University Library under Internet Environment

针对读者的借阅状况进行抽样调查,对用户的信息需求进行分析以提供个性化服务,是网络环境下图书馆发展的必然选择。结合高校图书馆服务的一些特点,设计了调查问卷,并对调查结果进行了分析,重点分析了图书馆用户的信息需求及高校图书馆个性化服务的现状,并对高校图书馆的发展提出了一些建议。

Conducting the sampling survey on readers＇ borrowing and reading behaviors and analyzing users＇ information requirements for providing personalized service are the inevitable choice for the development of university library under the Internet environment. Connecting with some features of university library＇ s service, this paper designs the questionnaire, and analyzes the survey results, focusing on the information requirements of library users and the current status of university library＇ s personalized service, and puts forward some suggestions on university library＇ s development.
