摘要
分析了高校图书馆创新读者服务工作的必要性,以重庆师范大学图书馆为例,从深化服务内容、拓宽服务对象、拓展服务手段、创新服务模式和更新服务观念5个方面论述了高校图书馆读者服务工作的创新实践。
This paper analyzes the necessity of innovating reader service of university library, and based on the example of the library of Chongqing Normal University, describes the innovation and practice in reader service of university library from five aspects of deepening the service content, extending the service objective, expanding the service means, innovating the service pattern, and renewing the sense of service.
