The development trend of Internet of things--cloud computing--big data has a major effect on the social life and academic research. This paper analyzes the current status of and existing problems in digitalization construction of local university libraries, and connecting with the features of the cloud computing, expounds the architecture of cloud system, and probes into the library services in the age of big data, which include supporting the development of local universities and regional economy and culture based on big data through the cooperation of enterprise, university and research institute and oriented by the service, and providing personalized services for users oriented by the demand.
