摘要
讲述了基于PROFINET的PLC与变频器G120通信实现对电动机速度的控制。对PROFINET框架搭建、硬件组态、通信报文设定、程序编制进行了阐述,最后用WinCC Flexible软件对HMI进行组态编程,实现HMI与PLC的PROFINET通信,实现了对电动机调速控制系统速度的实时监控。该通信技术提高了电动机调速控制的精确性和实时性。
PLC based on PROFINET and the communicating technology of VFD-G120 may control the motor speed.By combining PROFINET framework structure,hardware configuration,communication message set and programming,WinCC Flexible software was used to realize configuration programming of HMI to complete the PROFINET communication between HMI and PLC.As a result,the accuracy and responsiveness of the motor speed control were improved.
