亳州市人民医院2011—2013年用于治疗癌痛的麻醉药品使用分析

Utilization of Narcotic Drugs for Cancerous Pain in Bozhou Municipal People's Hospital During 2011-2013 Period

目的:了解亳州市人民医院自2011年创建癌痛规范化治疗示范病房以来麻醉药品用于治疗癌痛的现状及趋势,为麻醉药品的规范管理和合理应用提供参考。方法:提取该院2011—2013年用于癌痛治疗的麻醉药品使用相关数据,计算药品的用药频度(DDDs)及其构成比,并以DDDs构成比的变化分析医师选用某种药物的倾向。结果:经过本次创建活动,该院麻醉药品用量增长幅度较大,医师选用羟考酮和吗啡的倾向比较明显,至2013年,盐酸羟考酮缓释片(规格:10 mg)和盐酸吗啡缓释片(规格:30mg)的DDDs分别达75 482.5和71 520,二者的DDC分别为37.95元和18.70元。结论:该院用于癌痛治疗的麻醉药品使用日趋合理,但仍需在个体化给药、降低癌痛治疗成本等方面加强努力。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the status quo and tendency of the use of narcotic drugs for cancerous pain in Bozhou Municipal People＇s Hospital ever since establishing the demonstration ward of standard treatment of cancerous pain in 2011 so as to provide references for standardized management and rational use of narcotic drugs. METHODS：The utilization data of narcotic drugs in the hospital during 2011—2013 period were collected for computation of DDDs and its constituent ratio. The change in DDDs ratio was used to analyze physicians＇ preference in drug use. RESULTS：After the establishment of the demonstration ward of standard treatment of cancerous pain,the consumption amount of narcotic drugs increased rapidly. Oxycodone and morphine were the predominant choice of the physicians. In 2013,the DDDs of Oxycodone Hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets（specification：10 mg）and Morphine Hydrochloride sustained-release tablets（specifications：30 mg）were 75 482.5 and 71 520,respectively,with DDC of 37.95 and 18.70 yuan,respectively. CONCLUSIONS：The use of narcotic drugs in this hospital rationalize on the whole;however,efforts remain to be taken aimed at individualized therapy and cost reduction in the treatment of cancerous pain.
