金匮肾气丸联合阿伦磷酸钠治疗骨质疏松症45例

Osteoporosis Treated by JinkuiShenqi Pill and Alendronate Hydrochloride for 45 Cases

目的观察金匮肾气丸联合阿伦磷酸钠治疗骨质疏松症临床疗效。方法将90例骨质疏松症患者随机分成2组,西药对照组45例,给予阿仑膦酸钠片、骨化三醇胶丸及钙尔奇D口服;治疗组45例,在西药对照组的基础上服用金匮肾气丸。比较两组疗效。结果治疗6个月后对照组总有效率75.6%;治疗组总有效率94.7%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组骨密度和血钙、血磷浓度指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论金匮肾气丸联合阿伦磷酸钠治疗骨质疏松症有显著疗效。

Objective Observation JinkuiShenqi Pill and Alendronate hydrochloride treatment of Osteoporosis clinical efficacy. Methods 90 patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into 2 groups, medicine control group of 45 patients, given oral alendronate sodium tablets, capsules and calcitriol Caltrate D; Treatment group of 45 patients, oral JinkuiShenqi Pill on the basis of the comparison group. And then compare the effects of two groups. Results After 6 months of treatment, the control group, the total efficiency of 75.6%; treatment group, the total efficiency of 94.7%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; Bone mineral density treatment group, blood calcium, serum phosphate concentration indicators are better than the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion JinkuiShenqi Pill and alendronate treatment for osteoporosis have a significant effect.
