壮肾灵外敷治疗慢性心力衰竭30例

The Prostecdtive efficacy about the external effect of Zhuangshenling powder in patients with chronic Heart Failure for 30 cases

目的的探讨壮肾灵外敷治心肾阳衰型慢性心力衰竭患者的远期疗效。方法 90例心肾阳衰型慢性心力衰竭患者中,中药组加用壮肾灵颗粒剂口服;外治组30例加用壮肾灵外敷心俞、肾俞穴;西药组仅口服西药。三组疗程均为24周。结果治疗24周后,中药组、外治组复发率均低于西药组;外治组BNP水平改善明显优于其余两组(P<0.05),外治组6分钟步行距离均优于其余两组。结论壮肾灵外敷能促进心肾阳衰型慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的恢复。

Objective To investigate external effect of Zhuang shen ling in Heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of chronic heart failure patients, Methods According to the inclusion criteria, 90 cases of chronic heart failure patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, the traditional Chinese medicine group （30 cases） with Zhuangshenling granule, the group （30 cases） of external application of Xinshu （BL15） , Shenshu （BL23） with Zhuangshenling, and the conventional western medicine group （30 cases） . The course of treatment was 24 weeks. Results After 24 weeks of treatment, the recurrence rates in he traditional Chinese medicine group and the external application group were lower than he conventional western medicine group. The improvement of the level of BNP （brain natriuretic pepfide） in the external application group was significandy better than the other two groups （P〈0.05） , the external application group was also better than the other two groups in 6 minutes＇ walk test. Conclusion The external application with Zhuangshen ling can promote the recovery of Heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of chronic heart failure patients.
