以创新能力为导向 提高药学本科生实习质量

To Improve the Practical Quality of Pharmaceutical Graduates Lead by Innovation Capacity

毕业实习是本科生培养计划的重要组成部分,也是其步入社会或研究生学习阶段的岗前培训。笔者结合药学专业本科实习生带教体会,从毕业论文的选题、过程考核、师生交流、论文撰写及答辩等方面,就如何培养出具有创新性科研素质的实习生进行了探讨,以期为药学及其他学科实习生培养方法的优化改革提供有意义的参考。

Graduating internship is an important part of tmdergraduate training plan, which is always regarded as the pre-job training for the society and advanced scientific research. On the basis of years of teaching experience, the authors discuss the methods on how to training pharmaceutical graduates with the sense of innovation capacity through aspects such as the topic selection, exam evaluation, thesis preparation and defensed. This paper will provide a meaning reference for the optimization of teaching reform in guiding graduates in graduating internship.
