摘要
目的探讨壮骨镇痛胶囊对裸鼠乳腺癌转移瘤细胞局部黏附斑激酶的作用。方法 32只裸鼠随机分为壮骨镇痛胶囊预防组、壮骨镇痛胶囊治疗组、参一胶囊阳性药物对照组和空白模型组,每组各8只,接种乳腺癌细胞后,对各组裸鼠的抑瘤率及肿瘤细胞FAK等方面进行测定对比。结果壮骨镇痛胶囊预防组抑瘤率最高,与其它各组相比,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;壮骨镇痛胶囊治疗组和参一胶囊治疗组抑瘤率相当,两者比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。采用免疫组化方法检测移植瘤组织黏附迁移整合素信号传导通路上FAK蛋白表达活性,壮骨镇痛胶囊预防组所得数据与参一胶囊组比较抑制率相当,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义,而壮骨镇痛胶囊预防组、参一胶囊对照组分别与壮骨镇痛胶囊治疗组的积分光密度值比较,均得到P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论壮骨镇痛胶囊能抑制裸鼠FAK蛋白表达活性,预防组较治疗组疗效更佳。
Objective To discuss zhuanggu zhentong capsule on the role of local cell adhesion kinase of nude mouse breast cancer metastases. Methods Thirty-two nude mice were randomly divided into the prevention group of Zhuanggu Zhentong capsule,the treatment group of Zhuanggu Zhentong capsule, the positive drug control group of Shenyi capsule and the bhnk model group. Each group had eight nude mice. After the nude mice inoculated breast cancer cells, we would calculate and contrast the inhibition rate of tumor and FAK tumor ceUs for each group of nude mice. Results Compared with other groups ,the inhibition rate of tumor of Zhuanggu Zhentong capsule prevention group is highest,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The inhibition rate of tumor of the treatment group of Zhuanggu Zhentong capsule and Shenyi capsule was much the same,P〉0.05, there was no statisticaBy significant difference. Using immunohistochemical method to detecting the activity of FAK protein expressed in adhesion migration integrin signaling pathways of transplanted tumor tissue. The data shows that the inhibition rate of Zhuanggu Zhentong capsule prevention group and Shenyi capsule treatment group was much the same,P〉0.05, there was no statistically significant difference. To compare the integral optical density value of Zhuanggu Zhentong capsule prevention group and Shenyi capsule treatment group to the treatment group of Zhuanggu Zhentong capsule ,P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Zhuanggn Zhentong capsule can restrain the activity of FAK protein expressed in nude mouse. The effect of the prevention group is better that of the treatment group.
