人工栽培与野生北柴胡的粉末显微鉴定比较

目的比较栽培柴胡与野生北柴胡的粉末显微特征。方法采用显微镜对其粉末进行辨识。结果栽培品种北柴胡和野生北柴胡都含有比较多分泌管以及分泌物,但野生北柴胡中的分泌管和分泌物明显比栽培品种北柴胡粉末中少。结论上述特征可作为栽培北柴胡与野生北柴胡显微学鉴定依据。

Objective To compare the microscopic characteristics between the powder of cultivated Bupleurum chinense DC. and wild Bupleurum chinense DC.. Methods The method is to take a identification of powder by microscope. Results There are a lot of ducts secretory and secretion in both two sorts Bupleurum, but in cultivated Bupleurum chinense DC. there are more ducts secretory and secretion. Conclusion Above characteristics can be regarded as the identification basis between cultivated Bupleurum chinense DC. and wild Bupleurum chinense DC..
