摘要
目的观察冠心苏合丸对心梗后心肌纤维化的作用。方法结扎SD大鼠冠脉前降支制心梗模型,随机分为假手术组、心梗组和冠心苏合丸组。术后12 h开始给药,假手术组、心梗组腹腔予等量生理盐水。于术后4周记录左室血流动力学改变,检测非梗死区心肌胶原含量的变化。结果与心梗组比较,冠心苏合丸组的梗死百分比及胶原含量显著减小(P<0.05,P<0.01)。冠心苏合丸组心功能损害轻于心梗组(P<0.01)。结论冠心苏合丸能改善心脏功能,并能减轻心梗后非梗死区反应性胶原的过多沉积,预防心梗后心肌纤维化。
Objective To investigate the preventive effect of Guan.xin Suhe Pill on myocardial fibrosis in rats post myocardial infarction (MI). Methods Sprague-Dawley (SD)rats were subjected to MI by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery or sham operation and randomly divided into three groups: sham, MI and MI+ Guanxin Suhe Pill. After 12 hours ofligation, rats received Guamdn Suhe pill or saline. Left ventricular hemodynamics were measured and rats were killed at week 4, respectively. Collagen content were examined in the non-infarcted area. Results Collegan content and Infarct size were decreased significantly in the Guanxin Suhe Pill group compared to MI group (P〈0.05) .Cardiac function was markedly decreased post-MI in the MI group (P〈0.01), and improved in the Guanxin Suhe Pill group (P〈0.05) . Conclusion In iF post-MI, Guanxin Suhe pill may have an antifibrotic effect, thus reactive myocardial fibrosis is reduced, and cardiac function is improved.
