百蕊颗粒治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Bairui Particles for Herpangina

目的观察和探讨百蕊颗粒治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的55例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的资料,将其随机分成对照组与观察组。比较其临床效果、退热时间及疱疹消退时间的变化情况。结果经过治疗,观察组的总有效率(91.31%)明显高于对照组(72.73%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,观察组的退热时间、疱疹消退时间也明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论百蕊颗粒配合利巴韦林雾化吸入治疗疱疹性咽峡炎具有较好的抗病毒、退热及改善临床症状的效果,故值得临床使用和推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects and treatment of Bairui particles for herpangina.Methods A retrospective analysis of 55 cases in our hospital information pharyngeal herpes angina children were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group.Compare the clinical effect,cooling time and herpes subsided changes over time.Results After treatment,the total efficiency of the observation group（91.31%） was significantly higher（72.73%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;Meanwhile,when asked fever observation group,herpes subsided time significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bairui particles therapy with ribavirin herpes angina has a good anti-virus,antipyretic effects and improve clinical symptoms,it is worthy of clinical use and promotion.
