活血化瘀法治疗颈内静脉置管致上腔静脉阻塞综合征

The Discussion of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Superior Vena Cava Obstruction Syndrome of Internal Jugular Vein Long-Term Tube Insertion

目的治疗长期颈内置管术后的上腔静脉阻塞综合征。方法通过口服中药三七粉,疏血通注射液静点,及活血化瘀中药塌渍,治疗长期颈内置管术后的上腔静脉阻塞综合征。结果通过中药治疗长期颈内静脉置管术后的上腔静脉综合征,可延长导管的使用时间。结论提高中医药的使用率,避免和治疗长期颈内置管术后的上腔静脉阻塞综合征,从而提高透析患者的生活质量。

Objective Treatment of internal jugular catheter after operation for a long time of superior vena cava obstruction syndrome.Methods oral panax notoginseng powder,ShuXieTong injection point,and the collapse of TCM for activating blood circulation,treatment of internal jugular catheter after operation for a long time of superior vena cava obstruction syndrome.Results Treated by traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） long-term internal jugular vein catheter superior vena cava syndrome after the operation,can prolong the use time of catheter.Conclusion Improve the utilization of traditional Chinese medicine,avoid long time internal jugular vein catheter after operation and treatment of superior vena cava syndrome,so as to improve the quality of life of dialysis patients.
