摘要
目的建立燕窝中燕窝多糖的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,苯酚-浓硫酸比色法于波长492nm处测定吸光度。结果标准曲线的线性范围为0~30mg/mL(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为99.61%,RSD=1.60%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于燕窝中燕窝多糖的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for content determination of bird's nest polysaccharides in the bird's nest.Methods UV spectrophotometry,phenol-sulfuric acid at the wavelength of 492 nm absorbance.Results The linear range of total bird's nest polysaccharides was 0~30mg/mL(r=0.9997).The recovery rate of the study was 99.61%,RSD=1.60%.Conclusion The results of simulation indicate that this method was accurate,reliable and reproducible.It was suggested that this method can be used to determine the content of bird's nest polysaccharides in the bird's nest.
