摘要
目前山区桥梁较多,桥墩较高,最高墩高达195m。高墩施工较成熟工艺主要有翻模、爬模、滑模,其中翻模施工安全危险性高;爬模施工对混凝土初凝控制要求高,预埋件易于破坏新浇筑混凝土;滑模施工对混凝土要求较高、外观控制困难,一般不选择使用。在天池特大桥高墩施工中,通过设计、不断改进,将滑模及翻模优点结合起来,形成高墩液压滑翻结合系统,解决了高墩施工存在的各种问题。
At present, there are many bridges and high piers in mountain. The highest pier is up to 195m. Some mature high piers construction technologies have turnover formwork, climbing formwork and sliding formwork. In these, turnover formwork is high-risk for construction safety. And during climbing formwork construction, the initial setting time of concrete must be controlled, and the embedded parts are easy to destroy the new pouring concrete. The sliding formwork construction has higher requirement for concrete surface, and is usually not used. In high pier construction of Tianchi Bridge, by detailed design and development, sliding-turnover hydraulic formwork combination system is formed by combing with the advantages of sliding formwork and turnover formwork, which can solve these problems occurred in high pier construction.
