房屋建筑渗漏防治应注意的几个问题

Several Subjects on the Preventing and Handling of the Leakage in the Building

分别针对工程中常见的地下室渗漏、屋面渗漏、外墙渗漏、厨房卫生间渗漏现象,归纳总结了其主要渗漏部位与形式,分析了渗漏的原因,提出了防治渗漏的措施。并针对现行防水施工中的不规范做法,提出了改进各种防水施工质量的建议。

Based on the common leakage phenomenon in basement, roof, outer wall, kitchen and lavatory, the leakage place and leakage pattern are concluded, the leakage reasons are analysis, and the handling measures are suggested. The unqualified waterproof working methods presently are discussed, and some suggestions are therefore given to promote the waterproof construction quality.
