摘要
采用废弃混凝土再生集料取代部分天然粗集料拌制多孔隙沥青混凝土,以探讨废弃混凝土再生集料应用于低噪声路面的可行性。研究时采用高黏改性沥青及水泥沥青胶浆两种黏结料拌制多孔隙沥青混凝土试件,并分两阶段探讨废弃混凝土再生集料应用于低噪声路面的可行性。研究表明,采用水泥沥青胶浆作为黏结料拌制多孔隙沥青混凝土无须高温拌合,可有效降低空气污染及能源消耗,具有较好的力学性质、耐久性质及路用性能。
This paper introduces the use of recycled concrete aggregates to replace part of the natural coarse aggregate porous asphalt concrete mixing to explore the feasibility of recycled concrete aggregates used in low-noise pavement. Using high viscosity modified asphalt and cement asphalt paste two bonding porous asphalt concrete mixing material specimens, this paper discusses in two stages recycled concrete aggregates used in the feasibility of low noise pavement. The results show that the study of asphalt cement mortar as a binder, mixing porous asphalt concrete mixing temperature is not required, which can effectively reduce air pollution and energy consumption, and the mechanical properties, durability and road performance is good.
