五年制大专生学生管理对策研究——以郧阳师专五年制学前教育专业学生为例

Management Countermeasures of Five-year junior College Students——Five-year Preschool Education Majors of YYTC

五年制学生和高中起点高职大专生相比存在年龄少、行为习惯差、学生管理难度大,以及基础知识薄弱,教学难度大等问题。针对此类学生特点,要建章立制,狠抓班主任工作,树立无差生的观念,用爱心、耐心面对每一个学生,努力改进管理、教学方法,培育社会主义的合格接班人。

Compared with three-year junior college students,five-year junior college students are hard to be taught and managed,since they are younger in age,poorer in behaviour and basic knowledge.The teachers should set up rules and improve teaching and managing conceptions as to help every student make progress in behaviour,study and morality.
