摘要
压铸铝转子存在较多的质量问题,造成原因是压铸工艺参数(压力、速度、温度和时间)选用不当。文章从工艺参数之间的关系入手,叙述了在实际生产中如何合理的选用工艺参数。
The cause of many quality problems in the cast aluminum rotor was incorrect selection of technical pa-rameters of aluminum casting, i.e. pressure, velocity, tem-perature and time. Starting with considering the relation-ship of technical parameters one another, how to select the technical parameters reasonably in the practical production was described.
