Failure Diagnosis on Asynchronous Motors in the Conveyer

发现某钢铁厂原料输送带用异步电机的运行异常后,利用异步电机状态监测仪与故障诊断技术检出转子导条松动和断条故障。用钎焊及时修复,避免了非计划停机的损失。

After finding the abnormal operation of asynchronous motors in the conveyer in the steel works, the equipment status monitor and failure diagnosis technology were applied to diagnose the broken and less crowded bar failure in the rotor. Timely repairing by means of soldering was performed to avoid the loss of unplanned stop-opera-tion.
